Instance & Tide occurs as 1982 album by New Zealand New Wave band Split Enz. "Six Months in a Leaky Boat" was a album's lead lone. A third individual issued within Just released Zealand was "Hello Sandy Allen." "Never Ceases to Amaze Me" superseded a song for the lone's Australian release. Its cd was shot within the zoological garden & featured Tim Finn with an afro; a band nowadays considers the shoot well embarassing.
A song "Fire Drill," recorded for Period & Tide, was in time left off the final release & instead became a b-side. A band opened numbers of survive shows by having a song in the season of the album's release.
The total of copies of Instance & Tide in the UK featured a remixed version of the band's sooner release, Frenzy.
